“Hodi” is a Swahili word that announces your presence and good intentions. It is essentially the way one approaches a new situation. Each of us must enter new situations and return to old challenges on a regular basis. But one’s approach to these situations often determines the outcome.

At The HODI Center we believe that maintaining your health is the key to meeting and exceeding your goals and fully enjoying your passions. We can help you achieve a modern-day Zen through individual consultation in deep relaxation & imagery, hypnotherapy, pre-natal hypnosis, chronic disease management, and instruction in mindfulness meditation. We also provide group and individual stress-management and private and group yoga classes.

At the HODI Center we teach groups and individuals how to open up to new possibilities and think creatively about solutions to current challenges. We offer courses in conflict resolution, effective communication skills, cross-cultural communication/sensitivity, and individual strength assessments.
