How many times have you sat through a training or workshop that was dull and boring, full of statistics and data with little to no real-world practical skills? I’ve sat through more than I care to remember.
Learning doesn’t have to be that way. Learning should be fun and inspiring and most of all, it should be immediately useful. It should be innovative and challenging with specific action steps and relevant examples.
I provide humorous, engaging and memorable trainings. Topics include integrative medicine, Integrative mental health, Stress Management, Cultural Competence, anger management, and effective communication. I present domestically and internationally to healthcare organizations, professional groups, and corporations.
I also provide Physician Coaching and program development in multiple settings. In addition, I consult with organizations and programs to apply proven and effective marketing and business development skills to promote wellness initiatives. Basically, I can teach you how to create highly engaging recruitment campaigns, keep people actively involved and reduce burnout and dropout.
All my programs are designed and delivered by me. I am a licensed integrative health psychologist with over a decade of experience presenting customized and unique content in multiple settings from corporate conventions to professional conferences. I can tackle the after lunch slump or the Friday at 4pm presentation slot. Bring it on! Participants will leave my presentations feeling inspired and armed with realistic and useful action steps.
Take some time to read more about my services and begin creating the customized experience that is right for you and your organization/group. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or special requests.
What People are Saying
Thank YOU for sharing your presentation and knowledge with our staff. I’m glad you enjoyed your time with us. I have heard nothing but great feedback from employees since your presentation. They loved the entire presentation and are feeling inspired by it. A few employees told me this morning that they consciously made changes to their mindset or lifestyle this weekend based on your tips. My goal for the presentation was to help employees with their stress and anxiety, and I think that goal was reached. Thank you again.

Nicole gave our school district a dynamic, high energy presentation on The Seven Habits of Happy People. It is clear she is very knowledgeable in her field and her presentations keep the audience laughing and intrigued with the content. We plan on inviting her back in years to come for additional wellness presentations.

Me Talk Pretty One Day” was an inspiring and beneficial leadership workshop. Nicole used innovative exercises to help the group realize that we are all “leaders” in some capacity and presented the information in a simple yet powerful format. It is a workshop that allows participants to immediately have a take away and actions to set into place. I’m using the tools in my own work with academics and physicians.

Nicole Eull, as a speaker and consultant, speaks in a way that you want to listen and she listens in a way that you want to speak to her. She captivated our audience with her wit and sincerity and then inspired us to learn and make a difference.

Nicole is a super star! Her presentation about depression and anxiety at the AIHM meeting was entertaining, informative and practical! I immediately went to her website and contacted her with questions- she called me back that day despite her jam packed schedule. She is a gem!
Nicole taught a practical and simple approach to helping empower patients (and ourselves!) to create meaningful change in their lives through skills prescriptions and integrative medicine. While speaking, Nicole radiated authenticity and a delightful energy that has since inspired me to approach goal-setting and integrative medicine approaches to depression and anxiety with patients in a more thoughtful and creative way.
