Package 1: Arise MD Personal Coaching & Emotional Wellness

Targeted Goals:

  1. Create an integrative mental health plan to enhance positive mood and mental stability
  2. Discover and replace out-dated or disruptive thought patterns and establish effective and life-affirming thought habits.
  3. Learn comprehensive time management that supports stress management and long-term goal achievement.

Session 1: Integrative Mental Health Assessment
This session is an opportunity to establish any pain points and patterns that disrupt mood and mental stability. I will provide you with a detailed and extensive plan for maintaining mental wellness and managing stress. Plans may include recommendations for the following:

  • Nutrition

  • Relaxation Practice

Session 2: Thought Stopping and Thought Reframing
This session includes assessment of patterns and roots of out-dated and disruptive thoughts. You will learn to create awareness of these patterns, name them and establish more productive and affirming thought patterns. During this session, you will learn a journaling technique to identify themes and habits across situations and settings.

Session 3: Time Management
In this session you will learn techniques for making time in your schedule for new and more healthy priorities and how to match your schedule and scheduling habits to your fast performing mind. Learn to use technology to maximize your care and attention to your goals.

Package 2: Time Management and Goal Setting

Session 1: Needs Assessment
In this session we will explore your short and long term goals and identify barriers to reaching those goals. This is an opportunity to create a clear vision for what is really a priority and what is a distraction. We’ll explore thought patterns that lead you to allow those distractions to consume your time.

Session 2: Skills Training
In this session you will learn strategies to make time in your schedule for the truly important things. We’ll practice boundary setting and saying “no” while reinforcing small and measurable goals leading up to your biggest goals.

Session 3: Follow Up
After you have had some time to practice your new time-management skills, we’ll meet again to discuss continued barriers and refine the skills needed to make new skills become long-term habits.

Package 3: Effective Communication Skills

Session 1: Needs Assessment
In this session we will explore your goals and identify areas where your communication could be more effective. We’ll identify people with whom you want to communicate better. You will learn thought patterns that interfere with effective communication.

Session 2: Skills Training
In this session you will learn strategies for engaging in difficult discussions, reducing conflict, managing anger and managing stress to maintain productive problem solving skills.

Session 3: Follow Up
After you have had some time to practice your new communication strategies, we will meet again to discuss continued barriers and refine the skills needed to make new skills become long-term habits.

Pricing

Initial Session (1.5 hours) $200
Follow-up Sessions (1 hour) $150
Three Session Package $450*
*For package pricing, all three sessions must be scheduled in advance and paid in full before first session.

The first visit can be face-to-face in a location of the client’s choice (office, coffee shop, etc.) at no additional fee. Follow up sessions can be by phone or Skype or can be in person for an additional $50 per visit.
